3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain fairness for our trainers and other members, the following rules apply:

• Kindly inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.
• Missed sessions without prior notice will be counted as completed and cannot be refunded or compensated.
• If your trainer is unavailable for any reason, we will arrange a replacement trainer or provide a rescheduled session at your convenience.
• Repeated cancellations may impact your membership privileges.

4. Your Safety, Our Priority

Yoga includes physical activity. To ensure your safety during every session:

• Inform your trainer of any injuries, medical history, or discomfort before the class begins.
• Listen to your body — push gently, never forcefully.
• FitElite Yoga is not responsible for injuries caused by incorrect self-practice beyond trainer supervision.
• If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and notify your trainer.
• Pregnant women or individuals with medical conditions must consult their doctor before joining.

5. Membership, Payments & Refunds

All membership plans, class packages, and personal training payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing may change at any time, and such changes will apply to future renewals. Memberships cannot be paused unless approved by the admin under special circumstances.

6. Privacy & Trust

Your personal data is safe with us. FitElite Yoga ensures:

• We never share, sell, or trade your data with any third parties.
• Any health or personal information you share helps us tailor your sessions.
• All information remains strictly confidential within our organization.
• We use secure systems and follow industry best standards to protect your privacy.

7. Content & Copyright

All photos, videos, training material, and written content on the FitElite Yoga website and social pages are our exclusive property.

• You may not copy, share, reproduce, or publish any content without written permission.
• Recording online sessions or sharing trainer videos is strictly prohibited.
• If you wish to collaborate or request permission, just reach out — we’re open to partnerships!

8. Limitation of Liability

FitElite Yoga is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse of our website, improper self-practice, or failure to follow trainer guidance. All participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to perform physical activities.
